Get a $100,000 Home For $1 plus Fix Up MoneyCalled the "Dollar Home Sales" and referred to as Program #14.313 in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, this program expands HUD's partnership with local governments in helping to foster housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income families and address specific community needs. Single family homes that are acquired in foreclosure actions by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) will be eligible for sale to local governments across the nation for $1 plus closing costs when the properties have been listed for at least six months and remain unsold.
